Uganda’s main renewable Energy sources are Solar Energy and Biomass Energy.
However burning of Biomass generates a lot of Greenhouse gases like Carbon dioxide, Methane among others due to incomplete combustion through the process of pyloris. This Carbon dioxide can be reabsorbed and used by plants through photosynthesis.
Renewable Energy Technologies can address issues of Climate Change since they provide an option to doing away with Carbon emissions.
REBi continues to support businesses dealing in Briquette production and Solar powered systems to reduce the adverse effects of climate change and promote clean energy access in Uganda.
